Today let’s talk about the ‘kick-off’. What does this mean and what do our clients get? There is a lot we do to kick-off our work and those things translate to various documents which are directly supplied to our client, so you are getting stuff from us right away.
To start with we send a robust welcome message that includes a simple intake form. In addition, this document states the actual start date, delivery times and the production schedule.
Part of the production schedule specifies client feedback deadlines, when assets are due, when notes are due, what happens when either of us is late and most importantly what client is approving.
