Client projects are additionally governed by a signed Master Services Agreement, Scope of Work, and, when applicable, Data Processing Agreement.

Please do not submit passwords, financial-account numbers, medical records, government identifiers, confidential business files, or other sensitive information through our public forms.
How We Use Information

Before client information is submitted to an external AI provider, the proposed use, platform, data category, and purpose should be identified in the applicable project agreement or approved by the client.
AI systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or outdated results. Promptline Studio applies human review where appropriate, but AI output must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, tax, security, or other licensed professional advice.
Clients should not provide sensitive or regulated data unless its use has been expressly approved and appropriate safeguards have been established. Ownership and permitted use of project materials, prompts, code, data, and AI-generated output are governed by the signed client agreement and applicable law.
Cookies and Analytics
The website may use essential cookies required for security, forms, preferences, and basic operation. WordPress, hosting, analytics, embedded content, or other service providers may also place cookies or similar technologies.
Where required, visitors will be offered appropriate cookie choices. Browser settings may also be used to block or delete cookies, although some website functions may be affected.
